CREATE VALUE
WITHOUT WASTE

There is much more behind LEAN than just improving processes.
We must understand LEAN as a culture.
The appreciative inclusion of all participants and the use of knowledge and experience lead to a trusting cooperation and to the success of the project. A trustful cooperation as well as "real" cooperation throughout all phases of planning and execution strengthens the bond between all project participants.

LEAN Design is an integral approach to the planning and design of building projects.
In contrast to the production process, the uneconomical use of resources is difficult to identify in the planning process.
By analysing the planning process and mutually understanding the requirements and preliminary work according to the pull principle, repeated planning loops and the associated costs are avoided.

The roots of LEAN Construction lie in the design and planning of processes for the execution of construction projects.
Work is organised throughout the entire construction process to maximise value for clients while reducing waste.
Optimization efforts are focused on improving the overall performance of the project rather than on optimizing individual sub-sectors. Trusting cooperation to manage the processes with foresight and to reduce variations in the performance of individual process steps ensures a steady flow of production.

The Last Planner method is a project management tool that works on the basis of an implemented LEAN culture in a company or project.
The goal is to improve the reliability of processes through structured, forward-looking and cooperative planning involving all project participants.
The structured approach promotes the basis for a reliable execution of tasks. The implementation of the Last Planner System (LPS) takes place collaboratively in five stages. Starting with the analysis of the overall process and the definition of milestones, the work steps are planned for the next few weeks. From the joint, timely evaluation of the work carried out, disturbances and their reasons are made transparent and adjustments to future tasks are derived.
